Brain Tumour Support fundraisers, Rosie and Fiona, recently organised an event with a difference!
The duo invited friends, family and colleagues to a ‘Prosecco and Pilates’ evening in aid of our charity. The event, which included a guided Pilates session by candlelight followed by Prosecco and home-made snacks raised over £1,200 and helped spread awareness of Brain Tumour Support.
Sarah Nelmes, Fundraising Coordinator said: “We are so proud of our fundraisers and the fantastic work they do in supporting our charity. Rosie and Fiona came up with the concept of a Pilates session followed by Prosecco and snacks – a really original fundraising event which was enjoyed by everyone who took part.
“The funds raised will help us support people who are navigating a brain tumour diagnosis, and will fund 12 one-on-one counselling sessions. Thank you Rosie and Fiona for making a difference!”
