Headquartered in Chippenham, Wiltshire, Alliance has chosen Brain Tumour Support as Charity of the Year in 2026. The team have planned a series of fundraising events including a sponsored walk and office Traitors competition. All money raised will help support families and individuals facing a brain tumour diagnosis.

Alpha FMC UK

Alpha FMC UK is a leading consultancy for the asset and wealth management industry. They are dedicated to giving back to the community by organising impactful fundraising and volunteering initiatives that engage employees and foster teamwork.

Throughout the year, Alpha FMC UK has organised a range of successful fundraising events and campaigns. These include the Alpha Pub Quiz and Raffle, Alpha Globetrotters (a step and distance challenge during the Olympic Games), and their One Hour, One Day campaign, enabling employees to donate an hour’s pay, a day’s pay, or a portion of their salary to Brain Tumour Support. For 2024, their fundraising goal is an ambitious £15,000 to support the charity’s vital work.

Wards Solicitors is a trusted legal firm based in the South West, offering tailored legal services to individuals and businesses alike.

Through their Make A Will Month initiative, Wards Solicitors’ Thornbury branch has been supporting Brain Tumour Support for the past three years. By donating their time to draft or update standard Wills in exchange for charitable contributions, they’ve raised over £3,000 to date.

In Summer 2024, they also generously sponsored our Support Matters newsletter, further demonstrating their commitment to making a difference.

Brook Green Supply

Brook Green Supply is a London-based company known for its innovative solutions in supply and strategy. They are deeply committed to supporting charitable causes, particularly those focused on helping individuals and families affected by serious health challenges.

Brook Green Supply generously donated a hospitality package to Brain Tumour Support’s Crowdfunder, which includes six tickets to watch Chelsea vs Brentford, a Premier League match on 15 December 2024. This contribution is part of their ongoing support following a donation from Luke Mallard, Head of Strategy, after running the London Marathon for the charity.

The prize draw aims to raise £4,000, which will fund specialist family counselling for 15 families affected by brain tumours. The donation underscores the importance of corporate partnerships in sustaining essential support services for those facing brain tumour diagnoses.

De Vere Hotels: Tortworth Court

De Vere Tortworth Court is a historic and luxurious hotel nestled in South Gloucestershire, known for its commitment to hospitality excellence and community engagement.

The partnership between De Vere Tortworth Court and Brain Tumour Support dates back to 2003 when the venue hosted the charity’s inaugural fundraising ball. In 2023, the iconic Westminster Suite became the setting for the 20th Anniversary Emerald Ball, which raised an incredible £28,000. These funds supported early intervention programs, providing crucial assistance to families facing a brain tumour diagnosis.

In 2024, De Vere Tortworth Court proudly selected Brain Tumour Support as its Charity of the Year. The hotel team demonstrated their dedication by participating in various fundraising activities, including cycle rides and quizzes. The team raised £6,709, helping provide specialist counselling for 22 families, offering them vital emotional and practical support.

Moore Allen & Innocent

Moore Allen & Innocent is a Cirencester-based land and estate agency known for their rich history, community involvement, and commitment to making a positive impact through corporate social responsibility.

In 2022, Moore Allen & Innocent selected Brain Tumour Support as their Charity of the Year, following the loss of their friend and colleague, Chris Graham. This heartfelt partnership became a rallying point for their team, uniting them to honour Chris’s memory and raise funds for BTS’s vital support services.

Their fundraising efforts kicked off during Brain Tumour Awareness Month with a cake sale and participation in the charity’s Superhero for Support 5k, raising over £1,000. Later in the year, staff undertook the Gloucestershire Three Peaks Challenge, covering 20 miles of challenging terrain, and contributed through various other activities throughout the year.

By the end of 2022, Moore Allen & Innocent had raised an impressive £17,595.98. These funds helped Brain Tumour Support provide crucial services such as counselling, support groups, and practical assistance to families facing a brain tumour diagnosis, ensuring no one has to face their journey alone.

Classic Cottages

Classic Cottages is a Cornwall-based holiday letting specialist operating across the South and West of England, known for their quality accommodations and commitment to supporting local communities.

Classic Cottages made a generous £800 donation to Brain Tumour Support. This initiative was driven by Claire Harper, a team member with a personal connection to the cause, who nominated the charity.

The £800 donation has funded at least four Zoom Support Sessions for brain tumour patients and their families. These sessions provide vital emotional and practical support, especially crucial during and after the pandemic when face-to-face services were suspended.

The Nurture Nursery

The Nurture Nursery, a family-run children’s nursery in Bathgate, West Lothian, is owned by sisters Katie Robertson and Emma Rioch. They are passionate about supporting local communities and causes close to their hearts.

In celebration of International Women’s Day, the nursery raised funds for Brain Tumour Support in honour of local mum Ashley Griffin, who was diagnosed with a brain tumour. Their fundraising initiative focused on helping Ashley and others affected by brain tumours.

The nursery’s fundraising efforts were crucial in supporting families impacted by brain tumours, creating both awareness and financial support during Brain Tumour Awareness Month.

Qtac Payroll Solutions

Qtac Payroll Solutions provides payroll services to businesses across the UK, helping them streamline their payroll processes with advanced software solutions. They are dedicated to supporting charities through their corporate giving initiatives.

During National Payroll Week, Qtac named Brain Tumour Support as its Charity of the Year. They introduced a Payroll Giving scheme for their clients, allowing employees to donate directly from their payslips, ensuring tax-efficient contributions to the charity.

The Payroll Giving scheme provided Brain Tumour Support with a consistent, reliable income, enabling the charity to continue offering crucial practical and emotional support to families affected by brain tumours.
