This is a week where a whole host of activities takes place to celebrate the work that payroll professionals do to ensure that the UK gets paid on time. So this week Brain Tumour Support is very proud to announce that the charity has been chosen as Charity of the Year for Qtac Payroll Solutions and the charity team is really excited to be working with Qtac over the coming months.
Lindsay Crennell, Partnership Development Manager at Brain Tumour Support explained the all-round benefit of Qtac’s support:
“As part of the support which they are offering Qtac is announcing the introduction of Payroll Giving for their customers. This will enable an employee to donate directly from their payslips through the Qtac software to benefit Brain Tumour Support’s work.
Donating to charities tax-free directly through your salary is the most tax-efficient way to give as donations are taken from your pay after national insurance but before tax.
And for Brain Tumour Support such regular income is a huge help as it allows the charity to plan ahead and ensure that the vital practical and emotional support that is a lifeline to so many families can be sustained.”
Why not join the one million people in the UK already signed up for payroll giving and help Brain Tumour Support to help others?
Look out for further details of the scheme which will be released shortly along with other ways in which Qtac are planning to support Brain Tumour Support over the coming year.
