A Night of the Stars shines bright for Brain Tumour Support

Incredible support from the Bristol Hoteliers Association continues to make a vital difference to families facing the devastating impact of a brain tumour diagnosis.

Members of the Brain Tumour Support team, including CEO Emma McKeown, were delighted to be welcomed to the 7^th Bristol Hoteliers Association ‘Night of the Stars’ on Thursday, 13 March 2025. The annual event celebrates the incredible talent in Bristol’s hospitality sector.

Over 450 guests from across the city came together at Ashton Gate for a glamorous evening of great food and fabulous entertainment. The past few years have been very challenging for the hospitality sector, so it was especially rewarding to see the positivity in the room.

Before the evening, Brain Tumour Support’s partnership with the Bristol Hoteliers Association had raised over £7,000 to support families impacted by a brain tumour diagnosis.

The raffle on the evening raised over £4,000, and then Ashton Gate generously donated a last-minute auction prize. We were delighted to reach a final total exceeding £6,000. This could help us provide immediate crisis support, including a call to our vital support line, an initial session with one of our Support Professionals and a family counselling session, for 60 families.

A massive thank you to the Bristol Hoteliers Association and all the guests on the evening for supporting our work so generously.
