Today is the start of International Brain Tumour Awareness Week 2021.
We are proud to stand alongside our friends at the International Brain Tumour Alliance (IBTA), together with other organisations across the UK and the world, to raise our voices on behalf of all those affected every year by a brain tumour diagnosis.
No matter what type or grade, a brain tumour diagnosis can be life-changing, often devastating. Yet tragically too many people face limited treatment options, and inadequate support, and are left struggling to cope.
Please join us in standing up for more awareness, a better understanding of the complex issues for patients and families, and the urgent need for research and vital support for all those affected.
International Brain Tumour Awareness Week is coordinated each year by the IBTA. Visit the IBTA website for more information
