Walk for Support is a flexible fundraising walk you can take part in wherever and whenever it works for you.

A flexible walking fundraiser for Brain Tumour Support

This is a sponsored fundraising event, with a shared focus in June and the option to take part at any time of year.

  • Who can take part: Adults aged 18+ can register. Children are welcome to take part under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

What is Walk for Support?

Walk for Support is about turning everyday walking into meaningful support.

You choose your route, distance and pace. We provide encouragement, guidance and fundraising support to help you make a difference.

Your registration fee helps cover the cost of delivering the event. Your fundraising supports Brain Tumour Support’s services for individuals, families, carers and friends affected by brain tumours.

How it works

  • Set up your JustGiving fundraising page and share it with friends, family and colleagues
  • Choose how and when you will walk
  • Walk in your own time and celebrate the difference you’re making

Why your fundraising matters

Your fundraising helps people feel less alone and more supported at every stage of a brain tumour diagnosis.

Funds raised through Walk for Support help Brain Tumour Support provide:

  • Specialist counselling
  • Telephone and online support
  • Peer support groups
  • Information and guidance for families, carers and friends

We ask participants to aim for a suggested fundraising target of £50, but every pound raised makes a difference.
