An extra layer of support with specialist counselling
There are times in life when even the comfort and encouragement of family and friends may not feel like enough. During these moments, reaching out for counselling can be a vital step toward healing and clarity.
Counselling is a form of talking therapy that offers you the opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe, confidential setting. It provides a supportive space where you can speak openly without fear of judgment, helping you to better understand yourself, cope with challenges, and find a way forward. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, uncertainty, grief, or simply feeling overwhelmed, counselling can help you make sense of your emotions and develop strategies to manage them.
Brain Tumour Support offers a dedicated one-to-one counselling service designed specifically for those affected by a brain tumour diagnosis whether directly or indirectly. Our counsellors provide a compassionate, understanding, and personalised approach, creating a safe and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. No matter how big or small your concerns may seem, you don’t have to face them alone, we’re here to listen and support you every step of the way.
I really didn’t think I would be able to stand the pain and heartache, and the counselling I received through your wonderful service has enabled me to do just that.

I’d never heard of phone counselling, but I was actually able to open up because she had a great knowledge of what I was talking about and she was able to help me make and plan and move on.
