Festive Winter Fruit Punch

Cheers to the festive season with this refreshing, non-alcoholic fruit punch!

Ingredients

  • 500ml cranberry juice
  • 300ml orange juice
  • 200ml apple juice
  • 1-litre sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (sliced oranges, lemons, pomegranate seeds, and berries)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Edible shimmer powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl or jug, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, and apple juice.
  2. Gently stir in the sparkling water or lemon-lime soda for a fizzy touch.
  3. Add ice cubes and fresh fruit to the mixture for added flavour and decoration.
  4. If desired, sprinkle in a pinch of edible shimmer powder for a festive sparkle.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Sparkling Prosecco Punch

Raise a glass with this fizzy, festive Prosecco punch.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Prosecco
  • 200ml elderflower cordial
  • 300ml sparkling water
  • 100g fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries)
  • Ice cubes
  • Edible shimmer powder

Instructions

  1. In a large jug, mix together the Prosecco, elderflower cordial, and sparkling water.
  2. Add ice cubes and fresh berries for decoration.
  3. Stir in a pinch of edible shimmer powder for a dazzling, sparkling finish.
