Donation FAQs

Cheques should be made payable to Brain Tumour Support and sent to us at:

7a St Mary Street, Thornbury, South Gloucestershire, BS35 2AB.

We do not recommend sending cash through the post.

Yes, if you are a UK taxpayer, we can claim Gift Aid on donations made online or offline, no matter how large or small.

You can find out more about the Gift Aid scheme, and let us know that you’re eligible for Gift Aid by completing a Gift Aid Declaration form.

Longer-term donations enable us to plan for the future and ensure money is available where it is needed most.

Giving a regular gift means a consistent, predictable income so we can plan and budget better, making us more efficient. It’s also more cost-effective for us.

Yes, you can.  Make sure you have a debit or credit card to hand before you call us on 01454 414 355.  Our telephone lines are open Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

 

Yes. When you make a donation online, your details are encrypted, meaning that they are completely secure. Once you have made a donation, we promise that we will keep your data secure. We will never pass on your details to other organisations and we will only contact you in ways that you choose.

Please get in touch to let us know that you are going to donate your birthday or other special occasion to help people affected by a brain tumour. You can fundraise any way you want – through JustGiving, Facebook or collecting cash from your friends and family, then post it to us. You can also ask your loved ones to get in touch with us to make a donation.
