Trusts and Grants Fundraiser
Having worked in fundraising for many years, I joined Brain Tumour Support in February 2017 as their Trust and Grants Fundraiser after meeting their Head of Support at a gathering in Birmingham. Like many of us who work for Brain Tumour Support I have personal reasons for having such love for the work we do, so this is my dream job raising funds from Charitable Trusts and Foundation and working alongside our fabulous support team, making a real difference to those we support. It is of course also constantly challenging, as our income targets increase alongside the demands on our services.
In my spare time I’m a bit of a twitcher with lots of bird feeders in the garden and a daily challenge with squirrels!! I’m also a crafter, dressmaker, and stitcher but most importantly a season ticket holder at Aston Villa 😊 Oh and we have a cat that adores my husband but not me, even after 12 years!
