Staffordshire Support Group
The group is open to anyone who has been affected by a brain tumour, whether you are a patient, a family member, a friend or a carer.
Meetings are held at the The Carers Centre, North Staffs Carers Association, 1 Duke Street, Fenton,
Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 3NR and are normally on the third Monday of the month, at 1.30pm – 3.30pm.
We look forward to seeing you at the next meeting.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
In order to protect the well-being of all those we support, and following the rapidly changing situation around the coronavirous (COVID-19), Brain Tumour Support has decided to suspend all support group meetings and charity-organised socials for the months of March, April and May. We will of course continue to monitor the situation and update this website accordingly.
Support is of course still available through your local Brain Tumour Support Worker and our Support Line, and all contact details are listed below. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Please be advised that we are not able to give medical opinions and if you are concerned that you may be experiencing coronavirus symptoms, please use the NHS 111 online service or call 111 (England, Scotland and Wales) or 0300 200 7885 (Northern Ireland). If you have had a brain tumour remember to inform the person you speak to of your diagnosis and any treatment you have received or are currently receiving.
