Phee and Matt Hillier.jpg

To mark the ten year anniversary of the removal of her brain tumour, Phee decided to take on the challenge of a lifetime. Along with her husband, she decided to do the Three Peaks Challenge – conquering Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon – and raise money for Brain Tumour Support.

Kate wanted to “stick two fingers up” to everything she has been through, so she signed herself up to do a skydive. She also wanted to raise money for Brain Tumour Support because her local Support Group has been a great help to her and her family.

A brain tumour took the life of Steve Adlam in October 2017. He was 48.  But, thanks to friend Lucy and her mum Jill, he managed to complete the 24 hr Three Peaks Challenge in June 2018 when they took a photo of him to the top of each peak while raising money for Brain Tumour Support in his memory.
