There may be times when family and friends are not enough and this is when talking to a counsellor may help and for such times Brain Tumour Support offers a specialised, supportive and friendly one-to-one  counselling service.

The service can be there to support you every step of the way in providing a confidential and secure place to discuss any feelings or issues that you may otherwise find difficult to handle.

Sometimes, amongst everything that you may be going through, it can feel really difficult to think clearly. You may be experiencing a whole host of emotions or it may be that you sense nothing at all.  

 

Counselling offers you a safe, confidential and secure place to explore your feelings and to discuss any issue, working at your pace.

Brain Tumour Support offers anyone who has been affected by the diagnosis of a brain tumour the opportunity to receive counselling.

Our counselling service is led by Kate Jefferies, a qualified (Dip Counselling) and highly experienced Therapeutic Counselling Practitioner and member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).  The BACP is a professional body who provide a framework of good practice and ethics which is always followed.
