Keep fit and show your support
During this period when we need to stay at home, keeping fit is vitally important. So how about making your daily exercise even more significant by joining together to achieve an amazing goal. Travel (virtually!) 900 miles around the country to all our Support Group locations and raise some funds along the way.
Walk, cycle, run your way around the UK to show your support for brain tumour patients and their families.
You can do this in your own home (using an exercise bike, treadmill, steps from your FitBit etc) or if you are able to, using your daily form of exercise outside (but of course follow official social distancing guidelines). Count your miles over a week and see how they add up!
Log your distance so we can show how far we have travelled together, and get sponsorship for your hard work to help us secure the future of our support services.
